Joshua L. Thompson

Joshua L. Thompson served as an active duty Air Defense Artillery officer for ten years before being medically retired in September of 2023. While in the service, Josh deployed twice to the Middle East and had assignments in South Korea, Washington state, North Carolina, Oklahoma, and completed an exchange to the United Kingdom. He's worked with numerous U.S. and foreign Air Defense weapon systems with a diverse range of mission sets and capabilities. Josh has a master’s degree in leadership studies, a bachelor’s degree in sociology, and numerous professional certifications. An avid mental health advocate, Josh finds joy in helping others by leveraging his own unique experiences and connections. He currently lives in Bucharest, Romania with his wife and two children, where he works as a Patriot TAFT Site Lead (U.S. Government Contractor).
